About Stacklist

Stacklist is a branded content hub for local expertise businesses. One place where everything they publish, recommend, or want customers to find lives together, organized by topic instead of buried in feeds. Stacks organize content by topic. Cards link to the original source with notes and context. Visitors browse, save, and follow.

We work primarily with real estate agents, short-term rental managers, hotels, and hospitality businesses: companies whose value comes from local knowledge and trusted recommendations. We're early, growing fast, and backed by angel investors. Small team, real ownership.

We also operate Stacklab, a design and web development consulting studio that takes on client projects. Both business lines run through the same small team, which means strong project operations is what keeps the work shipping.

The Role

You'll own delivery across both Stacklist and Stacklab. Your job is to make sure every client build gets scoped, assigned, tracked, and shipped on schedule.

On the Stacklist side: concierge work. Client hub builds, content maintenance, and onboarding. When a new client signs up or a batch of onboardings comes in, you run the flow. You work closely with our Concierge Lead and the team executing the builds.

On the Stacklab side: design and development client projects. Timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and keeping the team doing the work unblocked.

You own Linear. Every active workstream has a clear owner, timeline, and status. You run daily standups, post a weekly delivery digest so the team knows priorities, flag blockers before they become problems, and keep the CEO informed with tight status updates (not novels).

This is not a content creation or engineering role. You won't be building hubs or writing code. You'll be the person who makes sure the people doing that work have what they need and ship on schedule.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Own every active project in Linear: scope, owner, timeline, status, dependencies
  • Run daily standups and publish a weekly delivery digest to the team
  • Scope, assign, track, and deliver concierge hub builds as they come in
  • Manage Stacklab client timelines and keep communication tight with external clients
  • Coordinate across a small distributed team: content specialists, designers, developers
  • Flag risks and blockers to the CEO before they become problems
  • Improve and document the delivery process as you learn what works

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • concierge hub builds shipped per month on schedule [placeholder: current monthly throughput from Khariyyah]
  • active Stacklab client projects managed end-to-end [placeholder: current active project count]
  • Every deadline risk flagged to the CEO at least 72 hours before it hits
  • Weekly team delivery digest goes out every [day of week] without fail
