This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process. Our client is a plumbing, construction, and appliance installation company serving homeowners across the northeastern United States. They handle everything from new construction plumbing and residential remodels to same-day service calls and appliance installs, building their reputation on responsive customer service and quality work. You will become the heartbeat of a tight-knit operations team that keeps dozens of daily jobs moving smoothly. Working closely with installers, electricians, contractors, and retail partners, you will be the single point of coordination that ensures every customer gets their sink, water heater, or dishwasher installed on the day they expect it.

Your day to day
You will open and manage work orders in the DOLI installation platform as new jobs arrive, then schedule appointments across multiple service territories by phone, email, and spreadsheet. You will call every unconfirmed customer at end of day to lock in their appointment, leaving a voicemail when needed and following up the next morning. You will send pre-written customer messages matched to each booked job type and email retail stores daily with the exact list of appliances to be picked up the following day, ensuring zero missed pickups. Throughout the day you will monitor the installs email inbox and schedule incoming requests, contact the call center to reopen appointments or resolve questions, and coordinate with electricians and contractors to confirm job details and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Must-have skills
- Near-native (C2 level) written and spoken English for daily communication with U.S. customers, contractors, and store contacts
- Proven experience in scheduling, dispatching, or operations coordination where missing a detail had real consequences
- Strong attention to detail that catches errors others miss
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls to customers, contractors, and stores every day
- Proficient with spreadsheets, email, and web-based platforms
- Available Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST
Bonus points
Experience with a home services, plumbing, or construction company will help you ramp up quickly. Familiarity with the DOLI platform or similar field service management software is a plus. Having previously coordinated with third-party contractors or vendors means you already understand the rhythm of this work.
