Funciones del cargo
General Purpose: Define and execute Payless’ data governance, exploitation, and availability strategy, ensuring transversal use of data across all business areas and enabling advanced analytics for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a comprehensive Big Data strategy.
Build and manage data platforms (Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Data Mesh).
Develop data models and advanced analytics (ML/AI) for multiple business areas.
Ensure data quality, security, and governance.
Collaborate with business units to leverage data in e-commerce, physical retail, supply chain, and marketing.
Requerimientos del cargo
Technical Requirements:
Proven experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Databricks, Flink).
Knowledge of data governance, MDM, and data lineage.
Experience with analytical models using Python, R, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
Key Competencies:
Analytical and strategic thinking.
Leadership in cross-functional projects.
Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Condiciones
