• Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3 years in Software Testing, with a solid background in manual testing, particularly for web applications.
• Test Planning and Execution: Skilled in interpreting design documentation to create detailed test scenarios and plans. You should be adept at preparing and executing comprehensive test scripts and cases for web-based applications.
• Web Application Testing Expertise: Proficient in manual testing methods, capable of effectively troubleshooting web applications across various platforms and browsers.
• Defect Tracking: Experienced in using defect tracking and management tools, especially JIRA, to log, track, and manage defects efficiently.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, combined with meticulous attention to detail, essential for identifying and resolving web application issues.
• Team Collaboration and Communication: An active team player in all testing phases, working closely with developers to understand requirements and contribute to user acceptance testing. Excellent communication skills are crucial.
• Quality Focus: A fervent commitment to enhancing user experience and software quality through manual testing techniques.
• Industry Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
