What are you going to do?

We’re hunting for a rockstar DevOps Engineer, with mastery and hands-on back-end development chops. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to build the backbone of a global ad-tech leader from the ground up. Whether you’re a seasoned senior pro or a rising semi-senior with unstoppable potential, you’ll be the genius ensuring our systems are bulletproof, scalable, and ready to dominate the mobility advertising space. You’ll wield the latest tools, harness AI-driven solutions, and write code that powers our success—all while working with a team that’s as passionate and committed as you are.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, low-latency, highly concurrent, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems using DevOps best practices: observability, chaos engineering, postmortems, etc.
- Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability (SLA/SLO/SLI focus).
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application architecture and deployment processes.
- Write and maintain clean, efficient, and testable back-end code to support either product development or internal systems’ functionalities and integrations.
- Proactively resolve incidents with a focus on root cause analysis and prevention.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

What are we looking for?

Degree in civil engineering in computer science
4+ years in DevOps, SRE or back-end, or 2+ years of experience but with high potential
Experience in back-end development
At least written skills in English
Cross-functional collaboration between teams

Bonus

Experience in SRE
Experience in GO (lang)
Experience in systems with low latency, and/or high availability and/or high concurrency requirements
Experience in AdTech (ad servers, ad networks, real time bidding, SSP, DSP, etc)
