Gym Reinforcements sells fitness trial programs for gyms, with a mission to create healthy bodies and thriving gyms through effective sales. We hire Sales Representatives and Digital Marketers who support our clients in the fitness industry across the US and Canada. The project for the role is to manage and grow gym accounts by engaging new leads from Facebook ads, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments for gym owners nationwide. This is a performance-driven engagement requiring disciplined follow-up, precise use of structured scripts, and robust CRM-driven communication to drive conversions and support client growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls and texts to leads generated through Facebook Ads.
Follow a structured 30-day lead follow-up sequence using automated workflows.
Qualify leads based on gym-specific criteria (e.g., age, location, program fit).
Confirm appointments verbally and via SMS in the CRM.
Handle inbound calls and texts, ensuring call forwarding and auto-replies function correctly.
Use Go HighLevel (GHL) and Hot Prospector to manage communication, tags, pipelines, and automations.
Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and appointment confirmations.
Use standardized scripts to present gym offers and answer FAQs.
Submit end-of-day reports summarizing activities, KPIs, and booked appointments.
Communicate with gym owners and internal leadership regarding updates, lead issues, and missed opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in appointment setting or outbound sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent English with clear pronunciation; able to manage professional conversations in a remote setting.
Ability to follow scripts, workflows, and structured processes with meticulous attention to detail.
Comfortable working with CRMs, call/text automation tools, and Slack for team communication.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to systems like Go HighLevel, Hot Prospector, and Google Sheets.
Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple gym accounts simultaneously.
Availability to work 11am-7pm Central Time (9am-5pm PT or 12pm-8pm ET).
Reliable internet, quiet remote workspace, and professional phone etiquette. Applicants must have their own laptop and headset.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Prior success in fitness industry sales or B2B sales within a remote environment. Proven ability to meet or exceed appointment-setting KPIs in a high-volume lead environment. Comfortable using CRM-driven processes and remote collaboration tools. Strong organizational skills, accountability, and a proactive mindset to optimize lead pipelines and improve conversion rates.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Pay - $8/hr + commissions. Remote-friendly role with flexible work setup, potential for growth, and performance-based rewards.
