We're looking for a Senior Account Executive who can take the strategy and revenue lead on Reddit work for medium and large US brands.

Most agencies are scrambling to figure out Reddit right now. We've been doing this for almost 20 years.

We're OGS Media, the agency Fortune 100 brands call when they need to actually succeed on Reddit, not just check a box. TikTok, American Express, Purple, Asurion, eBay, alongside high-growth mid-market companies like Devicie. This role takes over what currently sits with our CEO. You own the strategy across our client portfolio, run the client relationships, and drive the revenue side: pipeline, deals, growth.

Job functions

We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to disagree with a client when it's the right call, and who can do it in a way that strengthens the relationship instead of damaging it. Someone who closes deals because they understand what the client actually needs, not because they're working a sales playbook.

You're senior. You've earned the right to make calls without checking with anyone. You think in outcomes and revenue, not in tasks.

What you'll actually do

- Own the strategic relationship with every client in our portfolio (real brands, executive stakeholders, real budgets)
- Find new clients, open them, and close them. Then grow what you've signed.
- Take portfolio-level decisions about what's working, what's drifting, and what we change
- Run the weekly thinking and lead the monthly client conversations
- Translate what's happening on Reddit into business outcomes our clients actually care about
- Develop the GEO and LLM visibility angle for clients (how their content surfaces in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews)
- Work directly with our CEO, who has spent nearly two decades working in and around Reddit and has the relationships to match

Qualifications and requirements

  • 6+ years in a senior client-facing role (account direction, strategy, or client services at an agency or in-house)
  • A track record of carrying a revenue number, not just a strategy seat
  • The ability to reframe a brief: clients tell you what they want, and you figure out what they actually need
  • The judgment to synthesize community, content, and broader marketing into one coherent direction for a client
  • Independence. You don't need hand-holding
  • The judgment to have hard conversations with clients without damaging the relationship
  • Exceptional written and spoken English

Desirable skills

  • Strong platform fluency in Reddit (preferred), or deep, hands-on experience in another high-stakes online community where reputation, voice, and consequences matter
  • A track record of pipeline building, outbound prospecting, or upsell/cross-sell, not just account servicing
  • Agency-side experience managing multiple Fortune 500 or enterprise clients in parallel
  • The ability to reframe a brief: clients tell you what they want, you figure out what they actually need
  • Comfort synthesising community, content, and broader marketing into one coherent client direction
