Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.
  • Use CRMs to track, manage, and organize sales activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience as an SDR or in remote sales.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2 level), both spoken and written.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track prospects.
  • Ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and able to take initiative to drive results.
  • Extroverted and comfortable with outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience selling SaaS products.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
