What you will own

You will run outbound sourcing for every active role using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, referrals, and cold outreach. You will screen candidates for English fluency, judgment, and real fit, not just resume credentials. You will build and own the client relationship by learning exactly what an A-player looks like for each US team you hire for. You will manage your full pipeline in Recruit CRM, from first message to signed offer. You will fill searches with sometimes little inbound, turning dead roles into placements. You will make placement decisions based on long-term fit, not volume metrics.

Must-have skills

  • Experience placing international talent into US companies at a nearshore or offshore staffing firm
  • C2-level English with flawless communication on calls
  • Startup experience moving fast while owning outcomes
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and cold outreach
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting pipeline in Recruit CRM or similar ATS
  • Comfortable working Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CT

Bonus points

Experience recruiting for technical roles like engineers, product managers, or data analysts along with non-technical roles. Track record of building talent pipelines in specific markets or geographies. Familiarity with nearshore staffing models and US company hiring practices. Proven ability to close candidates on roles with competitive compensation packages.

Compensation and process

Competitive monthly compensation in USD plus uncapped bonus on every placement.

Full-time remote role with Monday through Friday schedule. Opportunity to earn bonuses by placing A-players who move the needle for US teams. Here is what to expect after you apply: (1) you will get an email from Puente with a short online assessment and a quick grammar check, (2) you will record three short video answers so we can see how you communicate, (3) if it looks like a fit, our recruiter sets up an interview, (4) shortlisted candidates are introduced to the US client team for final interviews.
