We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with a passion for technology and problem-solving. If you have a deep interest in backend systems and enjoy taking full ownership of your work, this is the opportunity for you! You will work closely with a talented team, leveraging your skills in Node.js and JavaScript to develop and maintain backend systems while being exposed to new technologies and challenges.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
• Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
• Collaborate in designing backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

• 4+ years of experience in backend engineering.
• At least 3 year of hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript with MongoDB.
• Experience using Docker.
• English proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
• Experience in reverse engineering APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
• Ownership mentality: You are proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
• Passion for technology: You stay updated and are genuinely excited about backend development.
• Eagerness to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL.
