Job functions

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our global team working on platform development for our gaming portal Kongregate.com. This is a hybrid-remote role, the team meets and works together in our Santiago, Chile office once a week and you are welcome to use the office more than that if you like (if you are outside the Santiago area we still encourage you to apply).
  • Design and develop software features for the Bitverse and its games by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Maintain and improve existing features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
  • Test and deploy features
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, and act as a mentor to junior engineers.
  • Create documentation related to releases, processes, and standard operating procedures for team and department.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development
  • Proven experience in Node.js, React, and TypeScript
  • Experience with C#
  • Experience with AWS and Amplify is a big plus
  • Blockchain (especially Polygon) experience or enthusiasm is a bonus
  • Ability to work independently as part of a team in an asynchronous environment
  • Advanced English speaking skill
  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus
