PropertySimple originated from a Chilean startup called PropiedadFácil during round one of Startup Chile. The company eventually expanded to North America. What You'll Do:

• Design & Implement: Develop visually appealing and highly responsive web applications using the latest front-end technologies.
• Collaborate: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of designs and functionality.
• Optimize: Ensure the best performance and user experience by optimizing applications for speed and scalability.
• Innovate: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development, and bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Debug & Test: Identify and fix bugs and issues, and conduct thorough testing to ensure a flawless user experience across different devices and browsers.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in Front-End Technologies: Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design and the ability to translate complex designs into clean, efficient code.
• Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently, with a focus on user experience.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, ready to work with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• At least 3 years of proven experience working as a frontend developer, with over 1 year working at a single company
• Fluency in English is essential as daily meetings are in English

Frontend Job Requirements:

• Javascript, Typescript, HTML, CSS
• React, Next.js, GraphQL
• Web browser APIs / Babel / Webpack, Vite or equivalent / Eslint / testing
• Work in a UNIX-like environment (MacOS, Linux, etc.)
