This internship program is designed to onboard early-career developers and equip them with hands-on experience in a professional software development environment. The program runs remotely, with a two-month timeline focused on building practical skills in either frontend or backend development, aligned with current industry practices. Successful interns may transition to a paid internship or full-time opportunity based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities

Complete all assigned courses and training modules on the online platform.
Actively engage with learning materials and participate in discussions as required.
Track and report progress on the platform to ensure accountability.
Demonstrate a commitment to learning and improving skills in either frontend or backend development.
Collaborate with mentors and peers to apply concepts to real-world projects.

Qualifications and Skills

Passion for software development and eagerness to learn.
Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, HTML, CSS for frontend; Java, Node.js for backend).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and stay motivated in an asynchronous environment.

Desirable

Prior exposure to software development projects or coursework demonstrating practical coding ability is advantageous. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, strong collaboration mindset, and problem-solving attitude are highly valued.
