CodersLab.io is seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the evolution of our technology strategy and drive excellence across our software consulting and digital delivery teams.
As CTO, you will play a critical role in shaping our technical vision, supporting consultative sales efforts, and fostering a high-performance culture across our engineering teams in LATAM. You’ll work directly with clients to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions—helping position CodersLab.io as a trusted technology partner.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as CTO or senior technology leader in a software consulting or digital services firm.
• Strong technical background in architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, and scalable software delivery.
• Experience supporting sales teams and presenting solutions to enterprise clients.
• Ability to lead regional or cross-functional technical teams with a strong culture-first mindset.
• Fluency in Spanish (native or advanced) and strong command of English.
