You will join a tight knit dispatch team that keeps technicians moving across multiple states. The group works together in ServiceTitan, shares updates on Slack and phone, and adjusts the daily board in real time. Decisions are made quickly, everyone jumps in when phones back up, and the culture is built on clear communication and keeping customers happy.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or similar coordination role
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies
• English level C1 or higher for all day speaking and writing
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and staying organized when hectic
• Strong communication skills in writing and on the phone
• Can work independently and make decisions on the fly
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of normal schedule
