• Design mathematical models and AI algorithms for prediction and social impact analysis.
• Lead data mining and analysis processes in Big Data environments.
• Define and supervise automated models based on SROI and Theory of Change.
• Ensure interoperability between nodes within the SDDI ecosystem.
• Validate dashboards and advanced visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead ethical audits of algorithms and AI bias control processes.
• Coordinate and mentor junior profiles within the data team.
• Establish quality standards and analytical best practices.
• Actively participate in hands-on technical tasks when required.
• Work jointly with social and technical teams to define use cases.
Technical Skills
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Engineering.
• Master’s degree in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence is highly valued.
• +5-6 years of experience in data analysis.
• +3 years working in Big Data environments and deploying AI models into production.
Technical Stack
• Advanced Python: Pandas / Scikit-learn / PyTorch / TensorFlow
• Advanced SQL.
• Experience with: Spark / Hadoop / Kafka / Cloud:
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Generative AI and LLMs: Implementation of solutions with language models / Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Data visualization: Tableau / Power BI / Plotly / D3.js
