NeuralWorks is seeking a Business Consultant with 2–4 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm to work with clients in identifying business opportunities through AI and data. You will help create business cases, develop structured implementation plans, and collaborate with our technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about solving complex problems and making a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI and data-driven innovation.
• Opportunity Identification: Analyze and propose solutions in domains such as e-commerce, operations, loyalty, customer service, flight safety, fuel optimization, and corporate functions.
• Business Case Development: Quantify the value of AI and data initiatives, presenting compelling business cases to stakeholders.
• Implementation Planning: Design actionable implementation plans and ensure alignment with client goals and technical requirements.
• Problem Solving: Leverage structured problem-solving frameworks to tackle diverse challenges across industries.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with NeuralWorks’ technical experts to align business objectives with AI and data solutions.

Executive Communication: Develop and deliver concise, impactful presentations to senior stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree required. A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
• 2–4 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Strong ability to analyze business challenges and recommend strategic, data-driven solutions.
• Basic understanding of AI, analytics, and data-driven decision-making (hands-on technical experience is a plus but not required).
• Exceptional structured thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
