We are seeking a motivated, Sales Representative to join our team and sell high-demand digital marketing and SEO services. This role is ideal for a results-driven salesperson who thrives in a performance-based environment and is excited by unlimited earning potential.
We’re looking for true closers—individuals who are confident in building relationships, communicating value, and converting prospects into long-term clients. In return, we offer a base pay + commission structure designed to reward your success and give you full control over your income.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell digital marketing, website builds and SEO solutions to local and national businesses in the US.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, outreach, networking, and local prospecting, along with utilizing our occasional list of opportunities.
  • Follow up and close deals consistently
  • Maintain and organize your sales pipeline
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by providing clear offerings of our services and standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong English communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with the ability to handle rejection. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities.
  • A strong desire to earn a high income based on performance.
  • We value persistence, hustle, and a customer-first mindset.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience selling digital marketing services or SEO solutions is a plus.
  • Prior success in reaching six-figure earnings through commission-based roles.
  • Familiarity with lead generation methods and CRM software helps, but a proactive attitude and drive matter most.
  • Comfortable with remote, autonomous work and tight performance targets.
