For this role, we will support a product team building patient-facing digital experiences for healthcare. You will be responsible for guiding the product vision and roadmap for patient web and mobile platforms, turning patient needs, clinical goals, and business priorities into high-impact initiatives. You will also lead patient journey thinking (from onboarding and intake through education, triage, engagement, and adherence) and ensure cohesive execution across product, clinical, design, and engineering to create scalable, accessible B2C experiences.

Responsabilities

  • We take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for the customer’s patient-facing platforms (web and mobile). We translate patient needs, clinical goals, and business priorities into high-impact product initiatives and features, ensuring we prioritize work that improves real outcomes.
  • We lead discovery through patient research, usability testing, data analysis, and continuous patient feedback. We design and deliver end-to-end patient journeys, including onboarding, intake, education, triage, engagement, and adherence—always aligning the experience with how care actually happens.
  • We partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure digital experiences fit real-world care workflows. We collaborate with design and engineering to build delightful, accessible, and scalable B2C products, setting clear expectations for quality, usability, and performance.
  • We define and track success metrics such as activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and outcomes, and we continuously optimize based on evidence. We incorporate AI-powered and personalization features to improve patient guidance and care navigation, and we act as the connective tissue across product, clinical, and development teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Required Skills

Core experience we expect:

  • Proven product management experience leading web and mobile B2C healthcare or patient-facing platforms.
  • Ability to translate patient needs and clinical goals into product initiatives, features, and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Experience running discovery: patient/user research, usability testing, data analysis, and integrating direct feedback into product plans.
  • Strong product journey design skills across the full patient lifecycle (onboarding, intake, education, triage, engagement, adherence).
  • Experience collaborating with clinical, operations, design, and engineering teams to align digital UX with real-world care workflows.
  • Capability to define success metrics (activation, engagement, conversion, retention, outcomes) and optimize continuously using data.
  • Experience or exposure to AI-powered and personalization features to enhance patient guidance and navigation.
  • Comfort being the “connective tissue” across cross-functional teams to drive cohesive execution.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and clarity in communicating product strategy, tradeoffs, and priorities.
  • Strong collaboration mindset with the ability to work effectively with clinical and technical stakeholders.
  • Structured thinking and ownership, with a bias toward measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical approach and attention to accessibility and user experience.

Desirable

We would value candidates with the following strengths (not mandatory):
  • Experience with healthcare digital product compliance and privacy-by-design practices.
  • Hands-on familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing), funnel optimization, and retention modeling.
  • Exposure to AI/ML product patterns such as personalization engines, recommendations, or AI-assisted guidance—plus the ability to evaluate risks and user experience implications.
  • Experience working in regulated or clinically grounded environments where workflows and outcomes must be tightly aligned.
  • Track record of delivering accessible UX and improving usability for diverse patient populations.
