You will own global marketing strategy and execution, transforming marketing into a structured, scalable growth engine. This is a senior executive role reporting to the CEO, where you will drive brand positioning, lead generation, and user acquisition across B2B and B2C channels in the trading and fintech space. You will lead weekly marketing operations, manage cross-functional teams (media, design, product, sales), and build AI-driven systems that accelerate content production, campaign execution, and optimization. Your work directly shapes market presence, enterprise partnerships, and revenue outcomes. Success requires deep expertise in the trading ecosystem (retail traders, prop firms, brokerages), hands-on command of paid advertising and funnel optimization, and proven ability to scale high-growth marketing organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute global marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives; own all marketing initiatives and weekly operations
Build scalable B2B and B2B acquisition systems targeting retail traders, prop firms, and brokerages; optimize conversion funnels
Oversee campaign execution across paid advertising, webinars, email, landing pages, video content, affiliates, and partnerships
Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to accelerate content production, campaign execution, and operational efficiency
Lead marketing team; coordinate with media, design, product, operations, and sales to ensure aligned execution
Develop enterprise marketing funnels that generate qualified leads and support strategic client acquisition
Oversee content strategy across SEO, blogs, video, webinars, product marketing, and social media with competitor-aware positioning

Experience and Skills

10+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles within fintech, trading platforms, brokerages, or related industries
Deep understanding of the trading ecosystem: retail traders, prop firms, brokers, and platform dynamics
Proven expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing; hands-on experience with paid advertising, funnels, and marketing automation
Track record leading and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments
Experience leveraging AI tools for content production, campaign optimization, or workflow automation
C1 English level or higher
