Niuro connects projects with elite tech teams to build long-term partnerships with top-tier U.S. companies. Our mission is to simplify global talent acquisition through innovative solutions, enabling continuous growth and delivery excellence.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work with behavioral, transactional, and product data across the tax filing lifecycle to generate predictive insights and actionable recommendations. You will help identify patterns, conversion signals, automation opportunities, and customer journey improvements, translating complex data into clear business insights for product, marketing, operations, and fintech partnership teams.

This role sits between analytics, product, and engineering: you will analyze data, build predictive models, support reporting infrastructure, and communicate the story behind the data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Aplicaciones solo a través de Get on Board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build predictive analyses and machine learning models to support business decision-making
  • Work with engineering teams to connect analytical outputs with AWS data infrastructure.
  • Translate raw behavioral and transactional data into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, operations, and fintech partnership development.
  • Build reporting infrastructure that moves from high-level dashboards to granular, real-time behavioral intelligence.
  • Identify automation opportunities across the customer journey based on longitudinal behavioral analysis.
  • Communicate findings and model outputs clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Handle sensitive financial and personal data with rigor: apply anonymization, access controls, and compliance best practices across all model inputs and outputs.

Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, or related technical roles.
  • Hands-on ML experience: model building, training, validation, and deployment — with strong independent technical judgment, not reliance on AI-generated solutions.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data environments such as AWS, ideally including S3, Glue, SageMaker, Lambda, or Redshift.
  • Proven experience connecting AI/ML systems to cloud infrastructure
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability including ad hoc analysis, insight generation, and data storytelling — including to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with messy, real-world behavioral data, ideally financial or transactional in nature.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or regulated data responsibly (PII, financial records, or equivalent)
  • Ability to learn new business domains quickly and apply ML solutions in unfamiliar contexts.
  • B2 English level or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Previous fintech experience.
  • Experience in regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with privacy or compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with Amazon QuickSight, TIBCO Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.

Benefits

We offer a 100% remote work model with global flexibility, supporting continuous career development through training and leadership opportunities. Niuro provides robust administrative support, enabling you to focus on impactful work and project delivery. Successful contractors may transition to long-term, full-time roles to support ongoing collaboration with our U.S. clients. We emphasize technical excellence, collaboration, and a growth-oriented learning culture within a global team
