You will manage sales teams operating across different markets and time zones, each with varying performance levels, motivations, and challenges.

Manage team performance across time zones using KPIs

Key Requirements :

C2 English proficiency
Must be able to work aligned with late afternoon Lithuania time (EET/EEST)
1+ year experience managing teams
3+ years of sales experience
Experience in tourism, travel platforms, or OTAs (preferred)

Compensation :

Commission-only structure
First year: approx. USD 15,000
Second year: approx. USD 20,000
Thereafter: negotiable
Quarterly and yearly performance bonuses
