Relislaw is a U.S. immigration law firm serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a fluent-English, high-ticket sales closer to convert qualified inbound leads into retainer clients for our legal services (family-based, business, EB-1/NIW, investor visas, waivers, humanitarian cases). This role focuses on closing high-value immigration matters by guiding prospective clients from initial inquiry to retainer agreement, contributing to the growth of a global client base and the firm’s reputation for expertise in complex immigration cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Zoom/phone consultations with inbound leads to qualify needs and present appropriate legal solutions.
  • Identify client goals, timelines, and financial considerations to tailor retention proposals.
  • Close retainers ranging from US$3,000 to US$12,000+; convert inquiries into signed retainer agreements.
  • Maintain and update CRM records for lead tracking, follow-ups, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure accurate scoping and pricing of services.
  • Maintain high standards of communication, ethics, and compliance in all client interactions.
  • Work within EST hours, leveraging a fully remote setup with strong self-discipline.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, fluent-English sales closer to join our remote team. You will engage qualified inbound leads for U.S. immigration law services, including family-based petitions, business immigration, EB-1/NIW, investor visas, waivers, and humanitarian cases. Your primary objective is to convert interest into signed retainer agreements, delivering a high-conversion experience for clients while achieving individual and firm revenue targets. You will work independently within LATAM time zones aligned to EST business hours, using Zoom or phone to conduct consultations, assess client needs, and present tailored solutions.

Desirable Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-ticket closing experience, preferably in professional services or legal services.
• Proven success selling to U.S. clients via phone or Zoom with documented KPI attainment.
• Strong CRM proficiency and remote-work discipline.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1–C2) and professional presentation.

Compensation & Benefits

• High commissions with uncapped earnings; top closers earn US$2,500+ per month.
