Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Handle posts, stories, mass messages, DMs, and overall brand consistency.
- Sales & Negotiation: Identify new sales opportunities, negotiate creatively, and close deals through persuasive messaging.
- Client Relations: Build strong emotional connections with subscribers to drive personalized content sales.
- Performance Reporting: Track results, share feedback with management, and maintain accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with your team, ensuring smooth communication and ethical alignment.
What You’ll Do

The position offers base compensation plus commissions based on performance, with opportunities for growth within a reputable agency.
Desirable Qualities
English at B2 level or higher, reliable laptop or PC with 8GB RAM, stable internet connection, and a proactive mindset. Prior experience in client-facing roles, or sales support is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork are highly valued.
What We Offer
Base salary plus commissions (average $800 for full-time, $400 for part-time), with potential to earn $1,000+ based on performance. Performance bonuses and payments via Binance are provided. Mental health service financing is available as an optional benefit. A one-week paid training period is included, with a $50 bonus in the second paycheck after successful completion. Flexible shift options align with local schedules (Venezuela time) for full-time or weekend periods. Biweekly salary payments via Binance (USDT) are offered.
