This role sits at the intersection of technical implementation and client management, driving the deployment of AI agents that automate customer interactions and booking processes. As part of a foundational team, you will lead end to end implementations lasting one to two months, ensuring that the AI agents are optimized to increase sales and booking efficiency for each business. You will analyze agent performance, identify drop-off points in the booking funnel, and use data to prove business value. This position requires a hands-on approach where you will modify agent behavior using AI-assisted development tools, directly impacting the success of businesses across Latin America.
