One of the ways we win clients is by running lead response studies: we submit quote requests and place short test calls to dozens of businesses in a market, then track exactly how each one handles those leads. That data becomes the proof we use in our sales outreach.
You will work directly with the CEO, and this is the engine behind our entire top of funnel, so it is one of the most important functions in the business.
We are looking for one careful, reliable person to own these studies long term.

Submit contact and quote-request forms on US business websites (we provide the list and the script)
Place short, scripted phone calls to US business numbers while posing as a normal potential customer making a routine quote or service inquiry (we provide the exact script and a US number to call from). You are not selling anything.
Most calls last 30 to 90 seconds and go to voicemail or an AI receptionist.
Log exact submission and call timestamps in Google Sheets following strict data rules
Monitor a dedicated inbox and phone number for responses, and record when and how each business responded (email, call, text, AI receptionist, missed-call text-back, or no response) and what they said
Maintain spreadsheet hygiene to our exact rules (we train you)
Handle roughly 300-400 contact form submissions and 300-400 calls per week across multiple studies
Join one weekly video call with our CEO to review data and findings
Fluent written AND spoken English with a clear, natural English phone voice. This is non-negotiable. We test it in the application and again in the paid trial.
Comfortable posing as a potential customer on short scripted calls. Calm, natural delivery, no nerves. You play an interested homeowner or new dentist patient asking basic questions about pricing and availability.
Intermediate Google Sheets skills (filtering, sorting, conditional formatting, basic formulas)
Genuine detail orientation. You double-check your own work without being asked.
Reliable internet, minimum 25 Mbps
Comfort with repetitive precision work over long periods, and patience (some responses come back in minutes, others in two weeks)
Honest communicator who flags mistakes the moment they happen
Available weekday evenings US Eastern time, roughly 6pm to 11pm ET 3 days a week, for the calling work but the rest of the worktime is flexible.
Previous research, data entry, QA, virtual assistant, or call-center / BPO experience
Mystery-shopping or posing-as-a-customer research experience
A neutral or light accent that sounds natural to US callers
A sample spreadsheet or tracking doc you can share (redacted is fine)
$1,000-$1,200 USD/month based on experience and trial performance.
Up to $500/month in performance bonuses after the trial: quality bonus for a low error rate, volume bonus for hitting weekly targets, retention bonus after 90 days. Total potential $1,700/month.
Paid monthly via Deel or Wise
Raises reviewed every 6 months based on performance and growth (we are planning to triple the company size this year alone so there will be lots of growth opportunities.
Fully remote, work from anywhere in the Americas
Mostly flexible hours, with required availability on 3 weekday evenings US Eastern (about 6pm to 11pm ET) for the calling work, plus one weekly 30 to 60 minute review call
