We are currently looking for a Junior Crypto Analyst & Trader, a novice specialist who is ready to complete training, perform real trading operations and develop under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities

Execution and support of trading operations on digital markets.
Tracking asset dynamics and market trends.
Maintaining internal records on transactions and statistics.
Analyzing market data, news, and charts for decision-making.
Work with analytical tools and participate in discussions with a team of traders.
The gradual formation and improvement of your own trading strategy.

What You’ll Learn and Do

We are seeking a motivated Junior Crypto Analyst & Trader who is eager to learn and grow in a structured training program. In this role, you will gain practical experience in market analysis, signal generation, risk management, and real trading operations under the guidance of experienced mentors. You will build proficiency in key tools and techniques used in crypto trading, including order execution, backtesting, performance tracking, and data analysis. As you progress, you will take on increasingly complex strategies and contribute to the optimization of our trading workflows. We value curiosity, disciplined thinking, strong numerical aptitude, and a collaborative mindset.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Desirable candidates have: foundational knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and trading concepts (order types, liquidity, volatility, risk management); basic experience with data analysis (Excel, Python, or R) and curiosity about algorithmic or quantitative trading; strong communication and teamwork; a proactive approach to learning and self-development; willingness to engage in rigorous mentorship and adhere to compliance standards. Prior internship or academic exposure in finance, economics, or computer science is a plus but not required.
