We are currently hiring a Ruby on Rails developer for one of our clients based in Santiago:

They are a startup recently relocated to Santiago focused in facilitating mobile payments for parking spaces. They are developing Smart City solutions working side by side with local municipalities in Latin America. Their main product allows drivers search for parking options and pay directly through their smartphones. Their product helps municipalities improve their parking management experience and increase their revenue.

They are a remote team of 12, part of them moved to Santiago to launch a local branch. They have been awarded with several startup funds during the past few years. They are already in negotis with some municipalities in the city of Santiago.

Compensation:

• $950,000 (CLP)/month (net)

Main Responsibilities:

• You will be joining with our IT team, more specifically developing and improving their back end.
• You will be working directly with our iOS and Android developers and our UI/UX designers and CTO.

Required profile and skills:

• Fluent English or Spanish
• At least two years of experience in Ruby on Rails
• Experience in SaaS and PaaS would be a great plus
• Knowledge in mobile app development (iOS and Android) is a strong skill
• Previous experience integrating payment systems (such as Transbank) would be a plus
• Knowledge in APIs would be highly valued
