We're a team of six. That means no layers of bureaucracy, no tickets lost in a queue, and real ownership over your work. When you fix something here, you see the impact on the client directly.
We work in a modern stack and use AI every day: Autotask and Hudu for documentation, NinjaOne for monitoring, Microsoft 365 and Intune across our clients, and Claude for ticket triage, summaries, and runbook drafting. The point is to spend our time on real engineering, not repetitive busywork.
We care about doing the work right. We set clear expectations with clients, document as we go, and own problems from first response to final follow-up. If you take pride in clean, well-documented work and want room to grow into senior and lead roles, you'll fit here.
