What you will do

Provide Tier 3 level support for network incidents and problems.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet network environments (e.g., firewalls, VPNs).
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba network environments (e.g., wireless controllers, access points, switches).
Handle complex network escalations and perform in-depth troubleshooting.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Requirements

Strong, demonstrable hands-on experience with Fortinet network products and solutions.
Strong, demonstrable hands-on experience with Aruba networking technologies.
Deep understanding of networking protocols and concepts.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
