Responsibilities

  • Build our platforms, systems, and infrastructure using your solid expertise in coding.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise.
  • Work closely with product development and SRE teams, and provide hands-on engagement to develop, direct and implement reliable, secured, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
  • Participate with a cross-department-functional team to establish a cloud operational governance framework.
  • And often times involves routine grunt work on service requests to assist other teams with platform services.
  • Should have handled integration activities in cloud environment

To be successful in this role, we hope you have the following skills and experience:

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Reside in Chile
  • Advanced english skills
  • Azure certification
  • Experience with public cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, preferably Azure. You should have hands-on experience on Azure and exposure to GCP work as well.
  • Expert knowledge in cloud security (network, data, and resource), auditing, and transparency
  • Kafka integration and hands-on experience are a must for this role.
  • Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation or any other infrastructure provisioning frameworks
  • Experience with Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or any other configuration management frameworks.
  • Experience with BigData platforms, like Azure Databricks, Cloudera, Hortonworks etc.
  • Experience with open-source technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Presto, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, etc.
