Job Role

Create and maintain relationships with our customers across LatAm, US & Europe.
  • Support existing customers and help them resolve any issues they are facing.
  • The person will be part of the Customer Success team at Optmyzr and will be working together with our engineering team to resolve customer queries over email and other platforms.
  • Client retention
  • Help new customers on-board and integrate Optmyzr in their day-to-day work.
  • Create content for customer education, communication and marketing.
  • Be a champion for our customers and interface with the engineering team to build new features.

Desirable skills

  • An Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success is a plus.
