Job Role

Create and maintain relationships with our customers across LatAm, US & Europe.

Support existing customers and help them resolve any issues they are facing.
The person will be part of the Customer Success team at Optmyzr and will be working together with our engineering team to resolve customer queries over email and other platforms.
Client retention
Help new customers on-board and integrate Optmyzr in their day-to-day work.
Create content for customer education, communication and marketing.
Be a champion for our customers and interface with the engineering team to build new features.

Desirable skills

An Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Prior experience in Customer Success is a plus.
