• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and functionality.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient .NET/C# applications.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and cutting-edge.

• 4+ years of professional work experience with a track record of shipping production-ready software.
• Strong C# and .NET 8+ knowledge.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, and Entity Framework.
• Strong grasp of software patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and knowledge of Domain Driven Design.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with public cloud environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP, with a preference for Azure.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, Azure ServiceBus, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
