Job functions

We are looking for an Odd Sales Assistant who is passionate, persistent, positive and proactive.
Your mission will be to prospect, develop and close new deals to incorporate them into the company's client portfolio. You will execute the end-to-end sales process using consultative sales model, ensuring an excellent experience for each of our leads.
Detailed description
  • Identify, explore and find new potential customers for the company.
  • Handle calls and email communication with potential and existing customers.
  • Organize meetings with potential clients to generate business opportunities.
  • Understand the client’s needs and propose the appropriate service.
  • Create service proposals.
  • Follow up leads till closing.
  • Execute the sales strategy defined by the company and work with the sales team to improve the strategy continuously.

Qualifications and requirements

Required Competencies

  • 2+ years of experience in the sale of services al sector construcción (preference in technology / SaaS).
  • Experience working in the construction sector will be highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Quick and proactive learner.
  • University degree in Business or related fields.

Desirable skills

  • Passionate about solving problems using technology. Communicate with technical and non-technical audience with equal competence.
  • Comfortable with written and spoken English. 🤓🖖🏼
  • Consulting experience.
