As a Tech Lead, you will oversee significant projects where your expertise will drive the development and implementation of scalable system architectures. Responsibilities
As a Tech Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of developers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet established objectives.
Designing scalable system architectures that effectively leverage modern frameworks and languages, notably PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (Vue.js or React).
Implementing DevOps practices, including setting up CI/CD pipelines and managing cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Integrating AI and machine learning technologies into products to enhance functionality and performance.
Translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders to foster understanding and alignment.
Coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining communication to drive successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
7-10 years of robust development experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in modern frameworks, particularly PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (Vue.js or React).
AI Experience
Proven ability to design and implement scalable system architectures.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, as well as cloud infrastructure management.
Strong background in AI and machine learning technologies.
Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical knowledge with non-technical audiences.
Experience in leading efforts with cross-functional teams effectively.
Desirable Skills
Familiarity with additional programming languages or frameworks is a plus. Experience in agile methodologies can enhance team collaboration and project efficiency. Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in software development will be beneficial to drive innovation at Moventi. A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development is highly valued.
