• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and backend services.
• Collaborate across countries with cross-functional teams to deliver common, reusable backend components.
• Lead initiatives to reduce technical debt and elevate code quality across the platform.
• Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of growth, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning.
• Optimize and troubleshoot systems to enhance robustness and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in one or more major programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python). Recent C# experience required.
• Understanding of version control (Git) and branching strategies. Bitbucket preferred.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Event-driven Microservices architecture.
• Experienced in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Azure Cosmos, SQL DB).
• Skilled in RESTful API development and integration.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, pytest) and strong debugging skills.
