Role and Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Senior Full-stack Developer, you will be pivotal in delivering market-ready products that meet high-quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading cross-functional teams through project lifecycles, effectively managing timelines, and ensuring comprehensive development.
Contributing to software design and engineering processes, utilizing both procedural and object-oriented programming principles.
Expanding and reinforcing Agile methodologies within teams to foster continuous improvement and adaptability.
Utilizing source control tools such as Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative coding.
Engaging with prototyping tasks to rapidly iterate on ideas in a fast-paced environment.
Driving architecture improvement, development, testing, and delivery of web and mobile solutions.
Breaking down complex requirements into actionable tasks with product management.
Maintaining and enhancing applications while ensuring customer support.
Establishing coding standards and implementing secure development processes.
Refactoring code to improve quality and reduce technical debt.
Collaborating with architects to adopt new technologies and align designs with goals

Qualifications and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will possess robust technical skills and a passion for problem-solving. Required qualifications include:

- A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in software development
- At least 5 years of expertise in software design and engineering
- 5+ years of practical experience with .Net or Node.js
- 5+ years of front-end development experience using React and TypeScript
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with React Native and TypeScript
- 3+ years of working knowledge of AWS services and solutions
- Proven experience delivering market-ready products
- Skilled in leading cross-functional software development teams
- Proficient in procedural and object-oriented programming, web services, and configuration management
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Familiarity with source control tools like Git and GitHub
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings focused on prototyping

Desirable Skills and Traits

While not mandatory, additional skills that would be advantageous include:

Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment processes.
