The main objective of the position is to assume the role of Digital Expert of güil and of the different startups that are being created, having special incidence in those projects that are in early stages of formation and acting as a consultant and expert with those companies that are in more mature stages, always within the scope of software development and technologies in general.
Provide a global vision of the technological ecosystem for güil and each startup in its portfolio. Responsible for advising, selecting, and recommending the best technologies, suppliers, and/or professionals, evaluating case by case. Responsible for transferring best programming practices to technical teams. Generate a set of güil transversal digital tools and services for each startup. Collaboration with güil's facilitation team and other Experts in the best development of startups. Execute technology assessments: Evaluation and diagnosis of own or external startup systems of güil's interest.
This role does not require experience in specific technologies, but the know-how of the whole development process, as you will be technologically guiding and advising companies during different development stages.
Educational Background: No specific university career is required.
This role requires an overall knowledge of:
Systems and Data architecture
Front and back-end development;
Mobile and web development team development leadership roles;
Experience in the early stages of MVP and product-market fit in Startup context;
Experience in operation under agile development methodologies.
Business vision and understanding
Advanced level of English and Spanish
Have had your own entrepreneurship or co created one.
