With us you will have the opportunity to work with multicultural teams in several different industries from Retail, Oil & Gas, Government institutions and more! you will manage the cross-functional software development teams of professionals and ensure the Projects are developed on time, on budget, and within scope.
Developing key digital transformations in the corporate toolset for project delivery teams you’ll master your PM skills and get priceless experience managing the project in enterprise environment.

• Leading and directing software development team to deliver project within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Ensuring on-time delivery of expected scope in an environment of competing requests from various business functions and process owners
• Facilitating already set Agile practices and continuously improving project processes
• Facilitating project-related communications on all levels
• Ensuring the effectiveness of team structure, building your team and leadership
• Ensuring quality of delivered solutions from a technology and domain standpoint
• Maintaining high standards for our systems: they are highly reliable, available, and equipped to function at a massive scale

• Having at least 2 years of experience in Project Management
• Experienced in managing big distributed teams
• Showing good working knowledge of Scrum and software development lifecycle
• Able to see the big-picture and make complex decisions
• A client-oriented, pro-active, and flexible personality
• Great at project ownership in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.)
• Feeling comfortable working in dynamic and fast-changing conditions
• Showing success within a start-up or a product team
• Great communication skills in English and Spanish
