As the Email Marketing Manager, you will join a talented group of digital marketers responsible for the full lifecycle of email and SMS programs for D2C eCommerce clients. You will help shape strategy, oversee execution, and optimize campaigns to achieve client goals while contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement end-to-end email and SMS marketing strategies that align with client goals and brand voice.
Conduct market research to identify audiences, build segments, and tailor messaging for high engagement and conversions.
Write clear, accessible, and compelling copy for emails and SMS that resonates with diverse audiences.
Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing templates, graphics, and responsive layouts.
Set up and optimize campaigns using automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and SMS tools; implement lifecycle programs (welcomes, cart, post-purchase, re-engagement).
Monitor metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue per email) and perform ongoing testing (A/B, multivariate) to improve performance.
Analyze data to extract insights, inform strategy, and present performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in email/SMS marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, account management) to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

What You’ll Bring

3-5+ years of email and SMS marketing experience, preferably in D2C eCommerce or digital marketing agencies.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling email and SMS content in English.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar) and SMS marketing tools; solid understanding of automation and segmentation tactics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and optimize campaigns for revenue growth.
Excellent organizational and project-management skills; capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Self-motivated, independent worker comfortable in a remote environment; proactive in problem-solving and optimization.

Desirable Skills

Experience with omnichannel marketing and integration of email with other channels (paid media, SMS, social).
Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting (e.g., Excel, GA, Klaviyo reporting).
Experience with customer lifecycle optimization, revenue attribution, and testing frameworks.
Knowledge of deliverability best practices and compliance considerations for email and SMS campaigns.
