• Lead one of the critical E-commerce teams as a Scrum Manager and Project Manager.
• Apply expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Utilize Atlassian tools to manage and track project progress.
• Oversee complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Drive multiple projects to successful delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with business objectives.
• Ensure strict control of budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 5 years for a software development team.
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, etc.
• Experience with Agile Ceremonies including Sprint Goals, Sprint Grooming, calculating Team Capacity, etc.
• Experience in delivering projects that have cross-functional impacts and in collaborating cross-functionally with business stakeholders.
• Excellent collaborator with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Communicate effectively within a team, with managers, and with organizational leaders.
• Experience in working with multi-location and offshore teams.
• Capable of leading teams of 10-15 people as a scrum master
• Facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Leading project and program update discussions with IT and Business leadership.
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and communicating information
• Ability to quickly learn and follow established Agile processes, technology standards, and quarterly planning methodology in leading a team.
• Excellent communication and coalition-building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate and work with various internal and external stakeholders to build strong strategic partnerships.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks on highly visible projects with aggressive timelines.
• Advanced proficiency in the usage of Atlassian Jira and other Atlassian products for full SDLC delivery and reporting.
• Ability to own and drive multiple enhancements, requests, and projects per quarter and lead team to deliver on time.
