The Product Manager/Tech Lead is a resource responsible for providing support to the market, initially checking the system requirements and capabilities.

Key Responsabilities & Tasks:

• Point of contact for JDA and International core product team
• Responsible to work with in market enterprise architects and other technical experts for Product integration, implementation, and deployment within market
• Accountable for overall in-market product management activities including managing JIRA, user stories, capturing requirements, acceptance criteria, etc.
• Shared accountability with Business Super user and vendor partners to develop user stories and manage activities
• Collaborate with Data Engineer and Business super user to ensure all data requirements are captured
• Responsible for the in-market technical support post implementation
• Lead UAT alongside business and product delivery teams
• PoC for business post feature rollout
• Accountable for creating and managing project artifacts, including JIRA boards status updates to market stakeholders

• Civil Computer Engineer or Industrial Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in Information Technology Projects.
• Strong Microsoft Excel & Access skills, as well as, system data bases
• Defining problem statement and capture business requirements
• Data analysis competency
• Project management and organizational skills
• Strong communications skills (both written & verbal)
• JIRA and Agile process
• English Skills:
  • Fluent (both written & verbal)
