Senior IT Systems Administrator en GHD

GHD is a global network of multidisciplinary professionals delivering integrated engineering, environmental, and design solutions. This role sits within the Information Services Operations team and focuses on delivering high-availability, secure, and scalable Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, AVD/VDI, and HPC technologies across the Americas region. You will partner with Enterprise Technology and Service Delivery teams to align platforms with business requirements, drive automation, and support ongoing modernization initiatives. The project scope includes maintaining and evolving on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, implementing robust security controls, and enabling enterprise users with reliable, high-performance computing and virtualization services. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to mission-critical IT infrastructure while working in a dynamic hybrid work environment with a focus on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with strong leadership and hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, and virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in global systems administration, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead role supporting enterprise-grade environments. Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Azure, M365, MCSA, MCSE) are advantageous. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred to collaborate effectively across the Americas region.
