We are looking for those who are passionate about recruiting IT profiles and who have a good ability to communicate in the English language, who want to be part of a large international organization.

We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition, a specialist in IT profiles, whose main responsibilities will be:

· Ownership of Staffing Recruitments in TCS Chile.

· Stakeholder Management

· Managing end to end recruitment process from requirement validation to closure

· Design recruitment strategy, support and offer hiring solutions to the Hiring Managers (Project teams)

· Coordinating with the Sourcing team, hunting for generic and niche skills

· Proactively build and maintain talent pools for critical roles

· Candidate management

· Salary negotiations and Offer rollouts for selected candidates

· Vendor Management

· Gathering Market Intelligence, participating in RFP”s, RFI’s

· Reporting & Key Recruitment Analytics

· Ensuring TAG Process Compliance

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
