Your responsibilities include gathering preliminary case information, assessing client needs, and guiding them through the initial steps of the legal process. Because this role demands sales experience, you will also manage client inquiries proactively, provide clear and empathetic communication, and help convert inquiries into appointments with our attorneys.

Key tasks include:

• Managing inbound calls and emails from prospective clients, providing detailed information about our services.
• Conducting initial client consultations to accurately document case details relevant to family and immigration law.
• Coordinating with legal staff to schedule client meetings and follow-up communications.
