About the role
We’re looking for a creative, fast-moving growth marketer who thrives on experimentation and isn’t afraid to scrap what’s not working in pursuit of what does. If you love using content, email, social media, and organic outreach to drive real business results—and have a knack for storytelling that gets people to take action—this role is for you. • Own and execute marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales for CMX Summit, our flagship annual event.
• Develop and optimize email marketing strategies to nurture leads, boost conversions, and keep our audience engaged.
• Craft compelling content that showcases the value of CMX Summit—think blog posts, social media, landing pages, and more.
• Lead organic social media efforts, leveraging LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms to build excitement and engagement.
• Test, learn, and iterate quickly—if something isn’t working, pivot fast and try something new.
• Work cross-functionally with design, community, and marketing teammates to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize impact.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize for growth.
• Report on ticket sales and all revenue weekly. Use these reports to inform how to change tactics and strategies moving forward

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
• Strong writing skills—you can craft messages that convert.
• Experience in event marketing or community-building is a big plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track success.
• Familiarity with Hubspot Marketing suite is a big plus
