Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled Short-Term Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in Power BI, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Data Factory, along with proven experience in data replication and executive-level dashboard creation. Familiarity with the TOTVS ERP schema is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to support business intelligence needs across departments.
Leverage Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake to replicate and transform data from TOTVS and other enterprise data sources.
Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business requirements into insightful, scalable analytics solutions.
Manage ETL pipelines and ensure data quality, integrity, and availability across platforms.
Optimize data models for performance and usability in Power BI.
Lead initiatives to automate reporting and streamline data workflows.
Document data flows, schema mappings, and report specifications clearly for hand-off and future development.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence roles.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and cloud-based data workflows.
Demonstrated experience with data replication and integration from TOTVS ERP systems.
Proven ability to create executive dashboards that effectively communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
Strong communication skills and fluent English required.
Self-motivated and able to deliver independently in a remote work environment.

Duration:

3 months (with the possibility of extension).
