What You’ll Do:

🔍 Analyze and understand cash management products.

🤝 Collaborate with business units and tech experts to gather requirements, design solutions, and draft functional specifications.
🔗 Act as the liaison between Product Partners and Technology, ensuring seamless communication.
💡 Advise on client requirements, business processes, and inefficiencies, identifying areas for improvement.
🔄 Lead process design changes and drive them through analysis and execution.
🌟 Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across one or more functional teams.
🗂️ Develop project plans and provide guidance and leadership to Product Owners.
📝 Negotiate and align the needs and expectations of various stakeholders, fostering healthy relationships.
🚀 Collaborate on business strategy roadmaps and define KPIs for new product commercialization.

What We’re Looking For:

🏦 Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business/Product Analyst in financial institutions.

💪 Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated business process expertise.
📊 Project leadership experience, including creating project plans, task allocation, and issue tracking.
✅ Commitment to quality and efficiency.
🎯 Excellent multitasking skills, capable of managing issues, time, and priorities effectively.
🌀 Experience in Agile environments as a project leader or Product Owner.
💼 Technical knowledge of cash management products.
💬 Conversational English proficiency.
📈 Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have:

🧩 Experience in business process modeling.

💳 Familiarity with the banking industry and markets.
💻 Advanced PC skills, especially Excel.
🔒 Experience in data security concepts.
