If you feel excited about empowering small businesses around the world, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for an AML Analyst to help us strengthen our AML processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Ensure Compliance with AML laws and regulations by supporting the Compliance team on constantly reviewing and improving our AML processes and procedures.
• Develop dashboards, data files and reports to monitor our AML program performance.
• Handle AML alerts, analyse transactional data and identify suspicious activities.
• Sign off false positives and improve monitoring parameters.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders in order to generate strong dynamics to fight money laundering efficiently.
• Train our team about relevant AML procedures strengthening our Compliance culture.
• Generate ad-hoc reports.

• You are a highly motivated team player with a hands-on attitude.
• You have at least 2 years of experience working with data analysis/statistics.
• You have 2+ years of experience in AML operational activities.
• Have a sound understanding of AML regulatory requirements. Relevant knowledge on regulations applicable to financial/payments institutions and/or fintech companies is a plus.
• You thrive in a constantly changing environment.
• You have a testing mindset: you can create hypotheses and test them,
• You Enjoy building end-to-end solutions to existing and new problems.
• You know SQL and Python or R.
• Speak fluent Spanish and English.
